MAMA CHO'S MARINATED SPICY CHICKEN
Spicy Chicken with Cheese
INGREDIENTS
Mama Cho's marinated spicy chicken
Cooking oil
Cabbage
Goguma (Korean sweet potato) - optional
Onion
Shredded mozzarella cheese
Dried parsley - optional
Korean Chili Sauce (if you want to add more)
Gochujang, Soy Sauce, Minced Garlic, Sesame Oil
Equipment
Cast iron skillet
Kitchen butane torch
INSTRUCTION
1. Over medium-high heat, add cooking oil then add marinated chicken. Cook it on both sides about half way through for 3-4 minutes.
2. Add cabbage, goguma, onion. Add more Korean chili sauce (if needed) and stir-fry everything together until chicken is fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
3. Lower the heat, make a path way in the middle by pushing the cooked chicken and vegetables to each side. Add mozzarella cheese in the middle.
4. Using the torch over the cheese to melt. Sprinkle parsley, dip the chicken and vegetables in the melted cheese to eat!
NOTE
If not using the kitchen butane torch, put the cast iron skillet in the oven at 400°F for 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
