Please be sure to confirm the shipping address (including special delivery instructions), and that someone will be present to receive your gift on the delivery date requested. Incorrect addresses, incomplete delivery instructions, or recipients not available to receive their gift could result in spoilage and disappointment. Sorry, we cannot deliver to P.O Boxes. 

*Spoilage/damage/missing deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses voids our Refund & Return Policy. Please be sure to double check your delivery addresses.

How will my order be packed?

Products will be shipped frozen, inside an insulated EPS cooler along with enough frozen gel packs, to ensure safe delivery. The cooler is placed in a heavy-duty corrugated box for an additional layer of protection. It’s the most effective way to ensure that every product is delivered in wholesome condition.

 

When will my order arrive?

Transit time of orders shipped vary by delivery address. Mama Cho’s offers the choice of the following Delivery Days: Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday. We currently do not offer weekend deliveries. 

Please keep in mind:

    • Orders place BEFORE Noon PST can be received within as little as two business days.
    • Orders placed BEFORE Wednesday, Noon PST can be received by Friday of the same week.
    • Orders placed AFTER Wednesday, Noon PST will reflect available Mama Cho’s Delivery Dates for the following week as we do not ship our products over the weekend.

While we will make every attempt to adhere to the table as much as possible, holidays, and unforeseen circumstances can force exceptions to the shipping and delivery schedule. 

 

How can I track my shipment?

You can view the status of your shipment through the tracking number sent to you once your order has been fulfilled. Please note, it may take up to 48 hours for a carrier to scan your shipment into its tracking system. This means your tracking number may not provide updates for up to 48 hours.

 

What should I do if I have concerns or questions about my delivery?

If for any reason, you have concerns or questions about your recent delivery, please contact orders@mamachosonline.com by the next business day after receipt of your order so we can address your concerns and gather information about your order. It is helpful for our customers to send our Customer Service Team photos of the product/shipment in question in order to help us identify and understand the situation, so that we can achieve an appropriate resolution, if necessary. 

 

In what condition will my order arrive?

Deliveries will arrive with your products either frozen or partially thawed. Products that arrive thawed but still cold can be re-frozen or used within 3-5 days if kept in a refrigerator.  

 

What happens if my order is delayed while in transit?

While most deliveries will arrive with your products remaining frozen, weather and delivery delays may result in products becoming thawed during transit. Products that arrive thawed but still cold can be re-frozen or used within 3-5 days.

Please note - Mama Cho’s is not responsible for delays as a result of being provided with incorrect or incomplete shipping information (such as incorrect address, missing codes for building or security gate entry, etc.) as customers are required to provide accurate shipping addresses and instructions for Mama Cho’s to guarantee delivery. Failure to provide adequate shipping information will require additional payment (including the cost of shipping) if a replacement order is to be sent. 

 

What if I never received my order?

Occasionally packages may become lost in transit, delivered to an incorrect address, arrive in separate packages or left in a different location at your home. If your order is past the estimated delivery date or has been marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact orders@mamachosonline.com for assistance.
