We take everything you know and love about Mama Cho’s Chicken and turn up the heat by adding gochujang (red chili paste), gochukaru (Korean chili flakes). But have no fear - the spice is not overpowering and offers a nice flavor profile of sweet and spicy. Like Mama Cho’s Chicken, it is best prepared on the grill, or stove top.
